Make the house feel like yours before moving day

An empty home offers easier access to walls, ceilings and trim. It can also make it simpler to coordinate repairs, color decisions and protection before furniture fills the rooms.

Tell us which spaces matter most and when you can provide access. We inspect the surfaces, explain the preparation and write down what is included. Timing depends on the repairs, drying conditions and size of the project; we confirm the schedule with you after the walkthrough.

Genesis Pro Painting & Restoration Inc. has served homeowners since 2004. Your project has a written proposal and an assigned project manager, with color guidance available when you need help choosing finishes.

Questions before moving in

Can you paint my home before I move in?

We can plan the project around the time between gaining access and moving in. Call with your closing date, access date and moving date so we can review the scope and confirm availability. A completion date is agreed after the walkthrough, not promised before we see the work.

What if my closing or moving date changes?

Tell us as soon as the dates change. We will review access and the painting schedule with you before work begins. We can also discuss prioritizing rooms when the available window is short.

Can you help choose colors for the new house?

Design and color guidance can be included in the proposal. We review your preferences, room lighting and existing finishes before you approve colors.

How much will it cost?

The number of rooms, ceiling heights, surface condition, trim detail and repairs affect the price. We provide a written proposal with the preparation and painting included, so you can decide with a clear scope.

When can furniture and belongings be moved back in?

Drying and curing depend on the coating, room conditions and ventilation. Your project manager will explain when each room can be used and how to protect the new finish.
